We offer a multitude of services including individual therapy for anyone over the age of 5, family therapy, couples therapy, community-based therapy, telehealth, and parent education, to name a few. Our trained therapists are available to assist you with all your mental health needs.
Our staff is diverse with LGBTQIA+ representation, racial/ethnic diversity, and both male and female clinicians. Our clinicians are masters level professionals with specialized skills. We employ therapeutic skills ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in the treatment of trauma. We are sensitive to the needs of members of the LGBTQIA+ community and we have bilingual clinicians and administrative staff available.
